Dr. Howard’s dental practice is located in Morrill, Nebraska.  This location provides easy access for all of our patients in Nebraska as well as Wyoming.  The office is less than 20 minutes from Scottsbluff, Nebraska and less than 15 minutes from Torrington, Wyoming.
